Jarvis Johnson serves as the Director of Player Engagement of 3B E.A.T.S.

Bevill has a seasoned career as a player engagement executive with over 25 years of experience leading athlete-centered programs within the NFL, NCAA, and high school programs. 

Bevill’s has a professional career as a Manager of Player Engagement with the New York Jets (NFL) from 2019-2025, an Athletic Director at Bishop Ireton High School in Alexandria, VA, from 2018-2019, and Director of Football Operations and Director of Player Engagement at Howard University from 2015-2018. Throughout his positions, he delivered rookie transition programming to more than 20 players annually.  

Shaun Vaccaro serves as the Executive Engineer of 3B E.A.T.S. He is a Owner and CEO with William Power & Associates and Summit Sales Group. Vaccaro is a renowned expert in the fields of B2B Marketing, Lead Generation, and Sales Pipeline Building. To date, he has secured more than $10 Million in recurring revenue for his clients.   

Vaccaro has worked as Vice President of Strategy & Client Success with Tech Pro Marketing and Senior Marketing Consultant with Marketopia, crafting custom marketing solutions to help business grow and scale.   

Throughout a 10-year career working in the IT Services space, Vaccaro has successfully consulted for several hundred companies around North America including Fullblast Productions L.L.C. , a New York-state based consulting firm and  MuzicEFX, a Corporation focused on 4-D technology in the U.S. He has received a recent nomination for the Tampa Bay Business Journal's Top 30 Under 30 and maintains public communication relationships to maximize each clients potential.

Jarvis Johnson serves as the Executive Advisor of 3B E.A.T.S. 

He has a career in innovation as the Founder of iTech Sportz, a SaaS and SportsTech platform designed to help youth innovation across ethical robotics apps. 

Johnson was a former Division I athlete at Rutgers University before becoming a professional NFL player with the Baltimore Ravens. After playing professionally, Johnson developed and implemented the 2nd Career Transition Program for the Green Bay Packers. Through his work, he has demonstrated his commitment to the NFL, NFLPA, and the athlete community beyond sports.

Johnson‘s thesis about macroeconomic mobility through wealth education and strategic investment helps him guide others through leveraging a robust framework of legal infrastructure, asset ownership, and private lending to drive economic impact.

In his career, he has also spent time as the co-host of the 2-Minute Drill and as a a producer for “Beyond the Game”.
